The Six Basic Questions
that you should ask?
These six questions
are very simple,
but when you understand what the answers
mean
these questions are extremely power tools.
The questions are:
How old is the house?
How old is
the roofing?
How old is the heating
system?
Has the premise been treated for termites
or
other wood damaging insects?
Have there been any additions or changes
to the premise?
Are there any environmental
concerns
with the house or immediate area?
Plus the needed Statement
Your home
inspection report
must contain a written statement regarding the
structural stability of the home,
otherwise you are
at risk!
